Delete Your OneAspirant Account

You have full control over your data and account. If you decide to stop using OneAspirant, you can delete your account at any time using the built-in option inside the app.

Delete Your Account from the App

1. Open the OneAspirant app on your device.
2. Go to Me → Account Settings.
3. Tap Deactivate Account and confirm your request.
4. Your account and all related data (name, email, study progress, and test history) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Alternative Method (Email Request)

If you're unable to access the app, you can also request deletion by sending an email to support@oneaspirant.com from the same Google account you used to sign in. Please include the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Data Retention Policy

Once a deletion request is made, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. If you sign in again during this period, your account will be automatically reactivated. After 30 days, all associated data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
